Pricing Information

Our standard packages give you comfort in knowing that everything at your venue will be taken care of, while still allowing you to hire the rest of your vendors (caterer, DJ, photographer, etc.) separately. Below you will find general information regarding our venue only pricing for 2012. For a more complete and detailed pricing list, please email us!

2012 Pricing

Our venue-only pricing is based on many factors in order to find a price point for each specific day. Elements that are taken into consideration are the time of year, the day of the week, time of day, and length of the event time line. With this in mind, we feel that we are able to help many brides with different budgets plan their dream wedding!

For 2012, our venue-only wedding packages begin at $2600 and range in price to $6300. For more information on specific dates or a certain time of the year, feel free to contact our office and discuss your options with our staff!

2013 Pricing

For 2013, our venue only wedding prices start at $2800 and range in price to $6300. 

We have made some adjustments to our pricing and policies in 2013.  One of the biggest changes is that Sundays have become an All Day Event.  Previously, if you wanted to add additional hours you had to wait until closer to the event date to see if the schedule would allow for the purchase of additional hours.  However, this new longer time frame lets you plan in advance so you can make the most of your time on your wedding day!  For more information on specific dates or a certain time of year, feel free to contact our office and discuss your options with our staff.

What's Included:

Facilities

The Tapestry House is a grand Victorian home that may be used for intimate events or exclusively by the wedding party during their event. It is an excellent spot for weddings, as the wedding party and family can get ready and spend private time together prior to the wedding. The outside is pure Victorian architecture, but the interior has been designed with Craftsman influences to include all the modern comforts you would expect on your wedding day!

Wedding receptions and large events of up to 225 guests will be held in the Reception Pavilion. The Pavilion, with its charming ambiance, is a great place for your reception or event. It offers a main dining room, a gallery, and a large covered terrace. The gallery is open to the main dining room or can be closed off with beautiful six-panel French doors. The dining room also has six sets of French doors that open onto the terrace, which is covered with an elegant white, lighted awning. The Pavilion also offers a large caterer's kitchen, women's and men's restrooms, a family/handicapped restroom, and a coat room.

Tables, Chairs, Linens, Tableware and Centerpieces

We include all tables, chairs, a large selection of linen colors and table centerpieces for you to choose from. For your place settings, we include silverware, glassware, linen napkins, and glass champagne flutes for each guest.

Customized Set Up & Unlimited Event Planning Assistance

At The Tapestry House, we specialize in designing each wedding and reception according to the unique desires of the bride and groom. You may call our office with any questions you have about our facility, your event, vendors, or anything else that comes to mind throughout your planning process. We will meet with you and your caterer closer to your event to customize your preferred layout and discuss all the details you have planned. Our experienced staff will then set up the facilities according to your wishes the day before your event.

Music & Audio Visual

The ceremony site has a stereo system available to you as well as a microphone for your officiant, readers, musicians or speakers. We also have a selection of wedding music that can assist you in planning the music for your ceremony. Our wedding ceremony coordinator will run the music and coordinate your rehearsal and ceremony for you. Our Reception Pavilion has a stereo system with 5 disk CD player, cordless microphone, and in-wall mounted speakers in all rooms and on the terrace, available for you to use during your reception!

Site Manager

Our Site Manager will be on site during the entirety of your event from setup through breakdown to ensure a successful event. The site manager will assist with facility related issues, client and vendor needs, and any last minute changes.

Bridal Binder

For your wedding, we offer you an inclusive bridal binder that will give you all the details and information you need to plan your wedding at Tapestry House.

Privacy

The Tapestry House holds just one event at a time so you are assured of complete privacy and exclusive use of the facilities and grounds during your event time.

Parking

The Tapestry House has a large private, paved parking lot.

Bridal Suite and Groom's Room

Although your event includes use of the entire home, Tapestry House also has a special Bride's Suite and Groom's Room. The Bride's Suite is a large, elegant room with a bath that has his and her sinks and mirrors, a large shower, and an antique claw foot tub perfect for soaking in prior to the big event. The upper level Groom's Room also has its own private porch with wonderful views of the grounds and ceremony site. The Groom’s Room is located on the opposite side of the Tapestry House, to aid in any traditions you may want to uphold!

Grounds & Other Facilities

The landscaped grounds include a lovely gazebo, large lawns, perennial flower gardens, many century-old lilac bushes, over 40 majestic trees, many decorated in white lights, a grand wrap-around veranda, and several stone patios - the ideal setting for photographs!

Overnight

The Tapestry House may also be rented overnight, if available. It sleeps up to 12 people in 6 bedrooms. It is a fantastic place for the family or wedding party to stay before or after the wedding. We also offer packages from two - three nights for exclusive use of the Tapestry House, facilities and grounds for your wedding rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and reception.
